Shipping Policy

Overview

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Cash Color offers domestic shipping through USPS. You will receive a delivery notification after your package has been sent. Standard orders ship within 5 to 7 business days from the time you place your order.

While we will make every effort to ensure the timely arrival of your item, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Cash Color is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any packages that have been lost or damaged in transit. Shipping does not include insurance.

EXPEDITED ORDERS

If you need your product sooner, we are happy to expedite your delivery at an additional cost to you. We offer UPS and FedEx express shipping for the standard rates. All costs associated with expedited shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time we only offer international shipping to Canada for an additional fee of $15.00. Please contact me directly at hello@cashcolor.com for more information.

RETURNS

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know right away and we will make it so that you are! Please send an email to hello@cashcolor.com and we will take care of any issues immediately.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare case that one of your purchases arrives damaged please send a photo of the damaged item along with the box and original USPS label to hello@cashcolor.comand a replacement will be sent to you, free of charge.
