Shipping
Domestic Orders
Cash Color offers domestic shipping through USPS. You will receive a delivery notification after your package has been sent. Standard orders ship within 5 to 7 business days from the time you place your order.
While we will make every effort to ensure the timely arrival of your item, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Cash Color is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any packages that have been lost or damaged in transit. Shipping does not include insurance.
Expedited Orders
If you need your product sooner, we are happy to expedite your delivery at an additional cost to you. We offer UPS 2-Day shipping for the standard rates. All costs associated with expedited shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know right away and we will make it so that you are! Please send an email to hello@cashcolor.com and we will take care of any issues immediately.
To qualify for a return, your product must be in excellent, unused condition and in its original packaging. All returns will be examined by Cash Color upon receipt to ensure that the item is in satisfactory condition (determined at our sole discretion). We will send you an email to let you know that your item has arrived.
When your return is accepted, we will apply a credit to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Returns and exchanges must occur within 30 days of purchase.
Damaged Items
In the rare case that one of your purchases arrives damaged please send a photo of the damaged item along with the box and original USPS label to hello@cashcolor.com and a replacement will be sent to you, free of charge.

Framing
We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Simply Framed to deliver premium framing services to our Cash Color customers. We have five framing options for you to choose from: Black, White, Natural, and Walnut. You may also add an additional 2" white mat to your order upon request at no additional fee!
